Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon receipt, providing photos of the item and packaging. We will offer you a full refund or replacement, including the cost of return shipping.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
- Opened skincare products
- Specially marked non-returnable items

5. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, details of the product(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation.

- Send the item(s) back in their original packaging to the address provided by our customer service team.
6. International Returns
For customers outside the United States, please note that return shipping costs will be higher. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. The customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with the return.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
