1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times We offer multiple shipping options to accommodate different needs. Delivery times depend on the shipping method you select and the destination of your order:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (domestic orders).
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (domestic orders).
  • International Shipping: Delivery times may vary, typically between 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country and shipping method.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, and third-party shipping carriers.

2. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a specific amount (as specified on our website). For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Processing Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders placed before 3:00 PM PST will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Packaging We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. All orders are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. For fragile or delicate items, we use additional protective packaging materials.

5. International Shipping Organic Bina ships internationally to select countries. When placing an international order, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and other import fees may be applied by your country’s customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to check with your local customs office for more information regarding these additional charges.

6. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track the status of your order by visiting the carrier’s website or using the tracking link provided. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact our customer service team.

7. Shipping Restrictions At this time, Organic Bina does not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, some products may be restricted from being shipped to certain countries due to regulations.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments While we take every effort to ensure that your order arrives safely, in rare cases, packages may be lost or damaged during transit. If your order has been lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work with you to resolve the situation, which may include issuing a replacement or refund.

9. Address Errors Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. Organic Bina is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error with your shipping address, please contact us immediately, and we will make every effort to correct it before shipment.
